We have no receivers that scare anyone?

Where the hell.do people get this poo from?

We don't have a true bona-fide #1. That doesn't mean we don't have talent, and won't be able to pass the ball.

Cheese and rice!!!

That's what makes for discussion this time of year.

I never said there was no ability. Not once.

This is also the time of year when the wild dreams about how great the team will be in a few months will start in earnest. Let's get out schedules and have us "within all reason" 7-1 at the halfway point, because it's all winnable games, right?

It's all speculation. Your opinion differs from mine. Noted.

We have more proven depth at the position than I can remember.

We have what Steve Smith calls a dog, a stud, a rising start due to how he plays.  Frank admitted Mingo even surprised them during the players visit. Out of 30 players.

We have a proven speedster.

We have one of the best complimentary receiers in the game with Thielen, whom is a natural leader.

We have a 3rd year guy whom has been getting better every year, and is #1 in the NFL on go routes, even though he's not really a speedster.

We have proven, veter depth!!

We still have a running back that can catch the ball.

Frank also loves using guys that play the tightend position. I know, those guys are all chumps, right?

Man, I am a pretty cynical asshole, but I even have a hard time hating on this offensive talent.

I don't think I'd call you cynical at all. Far from it.

Thielen is a proven producer but is on the decline. Chark is a proven producer but requires that dreaded "when healthy" addendum. Hurst is basically an outright bust of a former 1st round TE. I mean, let's be honest, 1700 yards over the course of 5 seasons just isn't good.

Tight end usage varies so much team to team.  Olsen had similar numbers after 4 years in Chicago.  The rest is history.

Our receiving room is deep.

No argument about no true number 1. But to say we have no talent that scares defenses is just stupid.

The group will work itself out.

I guess it's the offseason and the doom and gloom people feel this is something they can stand on.

It's never a bad time to find something to nitpick over. lol

IF you are a Panther fan and you aren't excited for what is coming???

I would much prefer to be excited and hopeful. It's much better for the body and soul I tell ya what.

Average depth is not something to brag about.

Thielen is 33 and Chark is injury prone. After that we have unproven young guys.

Look at our offense compared to the other teams. Luckily we dodged the top dogs this year in both conferences. I think Miami/Jacksonville will be our toughest opponents.

This team can still use another WR especially a proven one like Hopkins.

Football is such a weird game. Rarely are things the same year to year. Trying to put absolutes on anything is a fool's errand.

We could start out decent and get too good. We could start out good and get to pretty good. Or, we could be gangbusters all stinkin year. The possibilities are endless.

I agree and I think this forum’s expectations are way, way too high. The staff did what they could with the offense this season, so props for that, but it wasn’t ideal.

We do have excellent building blocks in a LT (thank god), a premier pass rusher, and hopefully a QB, which is an excellent start to build a team. A CB would be a huge boost/cherry on top but still a ?.

Build. That’s the word.

Because hopefully when Young is blooming 2-3 years in, most the oline will be of age and with Shaq aging our LBs personal will be terrifying in a bad way.

Not to mention Brown needs to poo or get off the pot and there is no offensive threat like Burrow has for example.

So the future relies on this FO to bolster/replace the oline and be very keen on what is going on with Brown and Horn. How those two turn out will determine a lot and affect time for success. Get a young offensive weapon. And properly develop Young.

In short, I love the recipe’s ingredients thus far but we aren’t ready to have a five star meal yet. People need to be patient. I see a LOT of defensive issues this year and I can see offensive limitations and lots of mistakes on that side. But I do see a line that will hold and allow Young to grow and that’s most important.

I see winning 8 or more games as a very good sign.

I mean generally with a rookie QB and new HC there is a pretty historical timeline of around 3 years going back to Manning, Brady even Cam and to what we see now in KC, Buffalo, Cinci etc.

All signs point to an average year being a good year 1.

This team is not like those teams. This team is set up to compete. Just because other QBs struggle their rookie year, does not automatically mean Bryce will.

Bryce could win ROY and that would make us very competitive.

OH, and Brown had a very good year last year.

That's the thing that everyone on here forgets. You don't know poo about me besides what I post. That means you don't know what in my life has shaped it. You have no idea of the loss mu family has suffered. You have no idea of what i have put myself through.

You know posts on a forum, where I myself, try to be as unbiased as possible,  because that's how i was raised.  It helps that I am a life long football fan. So I had a good grasp of football long before the Panthers existed.

Anyways, try not to judge people you don't know, based on their perspectives on a football forum.

The stats do not suggest that Theilen is going to have a bounce back year with #1 targets. He basically had his worst season in every statistical category last year and his averages were all down and have been trending as such for a while.  I'm happy with the signing but it's because he's a vet and will be a good mentor.  I can't imagine him having a year like 2017/2018.

I don’t think he’s going to have a career best year or anything but it’s not a leap to think that he’ll bounce back with more targets. More targets = more stats unless you think he’s going to drop all those extra targets… He’ll be better this year than he was the past year or two.

    • Keeping your payment methods up-to-date in QuickBooks Desktop is essential for seamless financial management.  This guide will walk you through the process of changing your credit card account number, editing other credit card details, and even disabling a credit card you no longer use. There are two main scenarios to consider when updating your credit card information: Changing the account number for the same credit card: If your credit card number has expired or changed due to a lost or stolen card, you can update the information within QuickBooks Desktop without affecting the overall account. Adding a new credit card or editing existing credit card details: You can add a new credit card as a payment option or edit existing details like the expiration date or nickname for a card you're already using. Here's a breakdown of the steps involved: Changing the Credit Card Account Number for the Same Card: Access the Chart of Accounts: Go to the Lists menu and select Chart of Accounts. Locate the Credit Card Account: Find the credit card account you want to update. This account will typically have a name that reflects your credit card type (e.g., "Visa - Business"). Right-Click and Edit: Right-click on the credit card account and select Edit Account. Edit Account Details: In the Edit Account window, locate the Account Information section. This is where you'll find the credit card number field. Update the Number: Carefully enter the new credit card account number, ensuring all digits are accurate. Save Changes: Once you've updated the number, click Save & Close to confirm the changes. Important Note:  QuickBooks Desktop won't automatically update the credit card information for past transactions.  If you need to update historical transactions with the new credit card number, you'll need to edit them manually. Adding a New Credit Card or Editing Existing Details: Access the Payment Method List: Go to the Lists menu and select Customer & Vendor Profile Lists, then choose Payment Method List. Add a New Credit Card: Click the New button to add a new credit card as a payment option. Edit an Existing Card: Right-click on an existing credit card in the list and select Edit Payment Method to update its details. Fill in the Information: In the Edit Payment Method window, provide the necessary details like the credit card type, number, expiration date, and nickname (optional) for the card. Save and Close: Click Save & Close to confirm the addition of a new card or the changes made to an existing card. Disabling a Credit Card: Access the Payment Method List: Follow step 1 from the "Adding a New Credit Card or Editing Existing Details" section above. Right-Click and Edit: Right-click on the credit card you want to disable and select Edit Payment Method. Deactivate the Card: In the Edit Payment Method window, locate the Make inactive checkbox. Check this box to disable the credit card as a payment option. Save Changes: Click Save & Close to confirm deactivating the credit card. Remember: Disabling a credit card only prevents it from being used for future transactions.  It won't delete any past transactions associated with that card. 8-10 Related FAQs on Adding, Editing, or Disabling Credit Cards in QuickBooks Desktop 1.
