Howell was always clearly the best QB in that class.

you know me, he has totally shocked me with his play. washingtons OL is uber trash, no TEs or RBs that are able to help....just scary terry and an always hurt samuel. hes playing with nothing and playing great, not to mention RR isnt some offense guru either. not a fan of OC eric either, but done a super job too.

flame away i liked corral thee best, but not in either of the first two rounds. hated all QBs, thought it was the worst since 2013. I mean besides the amazing howell, who has done anything- pickett and ridder LOLZs.

I wasnt around much doing the off season but it must have been toxic. I cant remember the last time at fanbase turned on a #1 pick so fast.

Usually no matter how bad a player is, a fanbase would bend over backwards to justify the pick. The Jamarcus Russell's and Zach Wilsons of the world still had the advocates after a year of play and people are giving up on Bryce after 3 games??

My assumption is this is mostly due to heavy debate in terms of who the QB should have been in the first place, but now that he's here I dont understand why some are waving the white flag after 80 NFL throws.

You saw flashes of special talent from those guys. There haven't been any flashes with Bryce.

    • That makes me wonder, how many starting tackles in the NFL and/or elite tackles have short arms? I feel like there’s probably lots of tackles that end up being drafted in later rounds because they had short arms or didn’t have the physical tools.
    • Damn back to 10th. I only caught the last 5 minutes but some of those 3's were horrible lol. In that close of game you can't be launching those many hail mary's when you could be chipping away from the foul line. I guess no one wanted to get in the paint and didn't trust the refs to give them the calls maybe? Gonna watch the highlights to get a better idea of the flow of the game
    • I agree.  The Big 12 is a good conference, and he is the swinging dick in that conference.  If Bill Self retires, that sets Kansas back a bit, and Arizona moves even further ahead as the best team in that conference.  Arizona can crush west coast recruiting with USC / UCLA no longer being relevant for LA kids, and Gonzaga not being able to compete moneywise.   If Lloyd comes here, he will be second fiddle to Duke every single year in NIL and recruits.  Not to mention the entire SEC and Big East for kids who want to stay in those regions to play. This is why I keep saying go get Mark Few.  Has proven he can do more with less from an X / O perspective but can also recruit All American players and compete at a high level. He's a god at Gonzaga, but for $9M he'd make the move as that's 4x what he's making at Gonzaga, and makes him the highest paid coach in the country.
