your example is from 6 games ago?  Damn thats not helping his case

edit to say:  just watched said throw and that is a damn wounded duck floater

He threw it before Thielen even turned around...did you want him to bullet that and hit Thielen in the back of the helmet?  This might be your worst take yet.

Here's an out with ~30 air yards.  Another one that Bryce threw before the receiver even made his cut and turned around, despite how impressive it would have been if he had put more velocity into it and hit the back of Mingo's helmet to appease some people here.

Agree that was a great throw. Bryce throws with anticipation. That had plenty on it though

We need to surround Bryce with speed like Tua in Miami. They are similar enough that this is the best way forward

I agree, ironically DJ Moore would have been a  perfect fit with Bryce.  He is great with YAC and on short and intermediate routes.

    • Care to elaborate why you disagree? We kicked the ball off 3 times and we kept the Browns to starting field position of the 22, 27, and 10 (would have been 21 before a penalty). All 3 of those are successes with the modern kickoff rule.
    • Its August so obviously quality options are not there. The question is whether any improvement can be made to the bottom of the depth chart.
    • NFL has a huge amount of parity.  The talent level between most NFL starters outside of the top 5 to 10 guys at a position is very comparable.  2020 worst teams Jacksonville Jaguars - 1-15 (worst record in NFL) New York Jets - 2-14 Cincinnati Bengals - 4-11-1 Atlanta Falcons - 4-12 Houston Texans - 4-12 Carolina Panthers - 5-11 Detroit Lions - 5-11 Philadelphia Eagles - 4-11-1 Los Angeles Chargers - 7-9 Denver Broncos - 5-11 2024 Worst teams New York Giants - 3-14 (tied for worst) Cleveland Browns - 3-14 (tied for worst) Tennessee Titans - 3-14 (tied for worst) New England Patriots - 4-13 Carolina Panthers - 5-12 Jacksonville Jaguars - 4-13 Las Vegas Raiders - 4-13 New York Jets - 5-12 Chicago Bears - 5-12 Arizona Cardinals - 8-9 Bengals, Texans, Lions, Eagles, Broncos and the Jags have all made the the playoffs in the last 3 years. What I'm saying is it's stupid to argue when team is the worst when there is so much parity and the system allows quick turnarounds.
