That was my hope when we signed him that these young guys could learn from a guy who's not the biggest or fastest how to create their own separation. Not sure if that will happen or not, but they should be.

I certainly haven't given up on Mingo. He's a rookie.

I think that our guys would actually look a helluva lot better if we had a legit 1. I also don't believe for a minute that Reich's play calling has helped any of them.

TMJ, though disappointing in general, has taken a step back, but he isn't really even being used. Maybe a lot of it's his fault, but you never know. Chark has looked a helluva lot better in other offenses.

It makes you think. Why can’t we do anything else at WR. Nothing feels impactful sans AT. Mingo feels like TMJR 2.0 and it’s not fair to label him as such. But we’ve no dogs. No divas at wr. Too and so many just quiet chill dudes. We need someone that wants to hit someone in the mouth.

Theres not many positives but this is definitely one. He seems to have a great connection with Bryce already too. Maybe we overpaid a little but this dude is still a baller.

If Clark would just show out.

We need a true receiver that's fast.  Not just a track guy.

    • Some national praise for Stankonia this fine morning... NHL playoff breakouts: 6 players opening eyes with their postseason performance Stankoven had an absolutely dominant Game 1 against Ottawa. At five-on-five, the team went up 19-5 in shot attempts, 2-0 in scoring, and earned a 93 percent xG rate in his minutes. Stankoven’s seven shot attempts and overall efforts helped contribute to 2.17 of the Canes’ 3.16 expected goals at five-on-five. ... After earning two primary points on the Canes’ goals on Saturday, he saved a goal in Game 2 that almost slipped over the line (and likely would have changed the tone of the game early), and added another of his own. 15 early takes from Round 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs 5. Stankoven’s a dawg The Hurricanes have a lot of dawgs — Martinook is one too — but Logan Stankoven deserves the title in his own way. Three goals through two games, not afraid of the moment, and his line with Taylor Hall and Jackson Blake is relentless. They’ve got an expected goal rate around 75 per cent at 5-on-5 so far. ***Bonus Round*** 4. Tkachuk has to settle into the moment Last Ottawa thought is that they’ve got lots of guys going. Tim Stutzle is all over it, Drake Batherson, Ridly Greig, these guys should’ve scored more than they have, but it’s like there’s a forcefield at the net. However, Brady Tkachuk hasn’t been on the ice for a goal for yet, and to me, it’s because he’s just so damn over-eager. He looks like he’s in a fist-fight with the puck out there and it’s blowing up on his stick way too often. He needs the opposite of smelling salts pre-game. He needs a chai tea and a fiction novel in the dressing room. He’s one of the rare guys you’d like to see calm down, rather than rev up.
    • I am already mad about the pick.
    • I definitely want a DT as versatile as McD. (Trade back) I am not into McNeil-Warren because I (for some reason) see him as a run stuffer more than a center fielder.  Not interested in Sadiq because I think a TE in round 1 is a waste of a first rounder, and I lke Iheanachor, but not round 1.  I think it might be WR or OT--
