I’d give Greg a shot. Would be dope as hell if he got Luke on board as well.

He at least has some experience coaching, although at a very minor level. He has no experience whatsoever in personnel evaluation.

I think Luke would be an incredible coach, but I understand he wants his free time after football and isn't ready for it yet

100% would be all in as long as he brings his current youth football DC with him.

He would instantly command respect. Was a vocal leader as a player. 

Hell he had better clock management and situational awareness than Ron Rivera did and would lamblast him for stupid timeouts and challenges routinely.

Valid. Not saying a similar arrangement couldn't work here. Also not saying he should be the end all hire.

Was just playing a little devils advocate. Lynch came with no front office experience and hell he was a Fox host himself.
