Highly doubt it.

I see one of two scenarios:

1. Tag until we can't and he just leaves.

2. Tag, he holds out eventually and we have to trade him for less than a single first just to get anything at all.

If you can't rush the passer in the modern NFL you're cooked.  It's been that way for a long time (since at least the mid 2000s when the DB contact rules changed) but it's even more acute now with QBs routinely attempting 40+ passes per game.

Yeah, that's why you have to keep as many good pass rushers around as you can. So that's why we got rid of Hassan Reddick.

I had completely forgotten about Reddick.  I guess that's what happens when you either trade or let walk so many good/great players.  It all starts to blur together.
