This is a huge issue he’s a guard and will never be a LT another miss by our scouts.

Dude read too many of his own positive headlines last year and this off-season. Grinned and laughed it up on the sidelines this preseason after looking like a speed bump. The whole team bought into the Huddle mentality that everything was fine. Who cares that we look like trash in the preseason? We'll turn the switch on when the games count.

Man, I’d hope.

but I’ve seen some OL coaches say that won’t even be the answer as quite a bit of Ickey’s problems has looked like mental errors or flat laziness.  Moving to OG won’t automatically fix that.  It won’t mean he will automatically know his assignments all of a sudden

He looks complacent, it should be in his contract that every sack he gives up, he loses 1 million. It should be incentive laden to light a fire under his ass.
