NFL will eventually force Tepper to sell

He's already caused the logo the embarrassment with the Rock HIll fiasco

He's driven Panthers organization into the ground and poisoned the relationship with fans

Stadium is empty - if it isn't filled by opposing fans.

It only takes 24 out of 32 owners to vote yes for his removal.

It's a slippery slope but I think the latest incident is at least starting the conversation.  More allegations will start coming soon because a terrible person like Tepper surely has a lot of skeletons in his closet.

An no - he will not be allowed to move the team, he has zero credibility to do so.

They all plan on taking advantage of his impatience and ineptitude. Every one of them is salavating over the thought of Tepper trading our defensive assets and future picks. They won’t get rid of him, yet. Only if he stains the shield so bad that it hurts the league financially.

Look at everything they put up with out of Dan Snyder for years. The only thing that finally got him forced out was when they found out he was withholding cash from the pot. You can cheat anyone and everyone else but if you cheat your fellow owners you gotta go. That's how good old boys clubs work.

Bingo, 1 less franchise to worry about competing with.

No owner will start to throw dirt on another owner, atleast publicly... they all have skeletons in their closets... look how they were during the Snyder stuff. Mums the word.

If there were other credible allegations we would have heard them by now. Mans is worth 16.7Bn they would have already hit his pockets.

NFL owners don't care Tepper threw a drink at someone.  Lot bigger sins than that have been going around the owners circles.  They also don't care Tepper is bad at his job....and they probably love that Carolina has turned into a place where you can get great deals.

The rest of the league looks forward to playing this Tepper run team because it will be a good chance to pad your team's highlight reels and win column.

We make the rest of the league look better because of Tepper.

Unless he makes racist, misogynistic, it homophobic remarks, or gets violent with Nicole, or gets accused of sexual harassment, he's staying around.

The rock hill deal and the thrown drink and yelling "f*ck" after the game a couple weeks ago is a non-issue as far as the other owners go.

We should've realized we were being had when the league insisted on the team being sold to David Tepper, even helping him negotiate a sweetheart deal.

Tepper has to do something to threaten the league or the other owners to get any sort of situation like this unfold.

I am not saying he isn’t arrogant or stupid enough to eventually do something like that but I rather doubt it.

This is the ultra-wealthy club, they are going to put up with a lot

    • Sounds encouraging.  I agree about the LB....I was CERTAIN second round would be a LB.  I would also like to add that, on paper, DL looked solid--but only 1 performed well in 2025 (2 if you count Robinson, who is now gone).  I am guessing they feel that the LB play will improve with the improvement up front--logical.  Remember the old rule (not sure who said it first) "You build from the inside out, front to back."   We drafted, in my early opinion, a starting NT and C this year.  inside out, front to back.
    • Agree--I think a mid-level tackle but he could prove to be an elite G--not sure how he would do at RT--or maybe Freeling---lotta moving parts--but I would look at him at G if mid-level T is his ceiling--he has been improving, but the injury..
    • Worked an event that many players were at including Ickey. Talked to him, looks and walks around good/normal. Taylor Moton released a new Tequila with his partner Matt Kahlil. Taylor looks great and is psyched for the season. He's such a good guy. Even Derrick Brown, very focused. It's like a quiet, calm I'm gonna rip through you confidence. Building his forever home and sticking around CLT. Bryce stopped in, but was upbuilding talking to the guys, not drinking, smoking cigars like others. There was little different aura with them, almost a quiet confidence, some fun. Reminded me of the 2013-2018 era. Had an event Tuesday with TD (he was there last night too) and he thinks the team looks real good, maybe just needs an another LB. He loves the Devin Lloyd pick up.  No negative comments, just giving a nice update on some players.
