Cause the stadium is old as fug if I remember correctly.

Sure but those things are getting work done on them every couple of years anyways. BOA has had a few face lifts itself. I still guess it's just cheaper and easier to pay fans to do it. If the Bills aren't using it for more than football games in the winter then it probably is just a waste of money for them. Unless they can't get it cleared enough to put butts in seats at game time which is not a bet I would make. GB clears their stadium regularly like that and hasn't missed any games that I am aware of with tons of snow over the years.

Ya I meant on the concrete behind the seat not on the back of the seats themselves. But then I guess you gotta worry about it icing if the radiant heat isn’t hot enough. Which would also be a big lawsuit issue.

It’s also rendered useless when the temps get low enough.  (Coming from an architect that does primarily CA/Field QC work) snowmelt type coil systems can only do so much and are built for flatwork.

Ya I don’t have that knowledge, I’ve studied the stuff they put under roads and sidewalks in Japan but that’s a whole system built, I just think there’s gotta be some more effective way so people don’t freeze to death sitting in snow for 3-4 hours.

Please tell me the Buffalo snow game will still happen. Would love to see a real snow game in the playoffs.

unfortunately doesn't look like it'll be snowing. they shouldn't have moved the game, if it happened yesterday it would've been one of the best sporting events in history just for those conditions

Nobody gives a poo about gen x because they're the sandwich generation between boomers and millennials.  They're a smaller cohort.

Thanks for all the music where guys in flannel mumble about heroin over detuned guitars though, that was pretty cool.

    • Lions were never going Freeling over Miller for the same reason we wouldn't have taken Miller had Freeling not been on the board. Miller is a career RT Lions have a hole at RT, we have a hole at LT. If we took Miller, it would have been for him to backup Moton until he retires and/or we release him, so the best case scenario is it would have been a wasted 1st round pick for at least 1, if not 2 years.  At least Freeling has a shot at playing this year without injury ahead of him, he absolutely can win the LT job if he earns it, but Miller would have never supplanted Moton this year unless he got hurt.
    • What up y’all. I like threads like this where we can stroll down memory lane. I remember the insane amount of site traffic pre-crash when we signed Keyshawn Johnson, 06 I believe. Raging about the Cowboys Christmas Eve loss in 05 (Peppers touched that FG attempt as sure as Cotchery caught it). When I found the huddle I basically had a first born baby, now I’ve got one in college and one in high school. Life comes at you fast, but the Panthers and the Huddle has been a steady constant in my life for many years.  Those who have been here, y’all are cool with me any time any where.    Cheers, genitals!
    • This is a weird post since it wasn’t like we got A’s across the board. We needed a QB and got a consensus top 2 player at that position. (I was pretty vocal that Stroud should’ve been the guy but…)  I think this draft we generally got better value. I’m not particularly optimistic on BY but another year in this offense playing with TMac he really needs to be a consistently average QB at a minimum
