Happy for McCaffrey...

Recommended Posts

49ers have no chance against the swifties.

its like when we played the Broncos during Manning retirement season. Was a no win situation for us. NFL wasn’t going to let Manning lose the big game on his last game of his career.

NFL is not going to let the swifties lose with all the revenue coming from from Taylor Swift fans.

I usually am happy for former players that find sucess elsewhere

But not in this case, playing up injuries when we needed him , just to make us think he is injury prone so we trade him , classless

I hope he sits on the sideline most of the night watching the chiefs score TDs, and has to watch the chiefs celebrate another title

Fug Christian McCaffrey!!!!!!

Where is your proof in that? So he played up injuries to make us think he was injury prone so we would trade him huh. I'm so curious to see any proof behind those accusations other than "he was injured and didn't play".

I could give two poo’s about him. He made ‘business decisions’ while getting paid millions to represent the Panthers. Fug him

Yeah folks have short or selective memories for sure.  He was almost always "hurt" when we really needed him after that first season.  I can remember him tweeting pics of him and his squeeze in some tropical nirvana while the team soldiered on without him.  Fug him.

He was our best offensive player.

The team chose to trade him.

Then they traded our.next best offensive player, to pick a rookie QB.

Then play rookie QB without those 2 weapons.

As much as this team.gets bashed....

fug they deserve it for getting rid of our offense, and praying a rookie QB could play well enough without them. That's not how you build an offense.

Happy for Wilks.

Cmac sitting out games and faking injuries rubbed me the wrong way. Guy has been an iron man for the 49ers.

CMC commented on changing his conditioning to include much more rest

and consider the Panthers have some of the most consistent injuries in the league, id argue that staff in inept too, would also makes sense because everyone else in the building is inept

speaking of inept, this franchise doesn’t have the brainpower to utilize a modern player like CMC, a trade was due. Unfortunately the franchise also didn’t have the brainpower to get a first for him, not surprisingly

phenomenal player and likeable dude but I can't root for him while he's in SF. hope he wins a SB later in his career with a more likeable franchise but in the meantime hope he gets bottled up and the Chiefs blow them out tomorrow. no Panthers fan should ever be happy for any amount of 49ers success. fug them

Over time (2012 - 2021) using actual data (Foootball Ousiders) the Panthers are actually 8th fewest adjusted games lost (adusted to weight starters higher) due to injuries. Guess who is #1? San Francisco.

And fug the 49ers way more. I will never understand these buffoons that root for them because of him.

Shows how these people forget our old divisional rival. Or are too young to remember that.

Yeah I'll never root for any division rival past or present. It sucked trading him but it was the right decision at the time. We traded him before he could get injured again. How we spent those picks is another story. Anywho, I believe reports at the time were that he wanted out, but then he presented it as if the trade blindsided him...so CMC the player is dead to me. He's the enemy now.

I live in California so I can't imagine how much more unbearable the 49er fans will be if they do win the superbowl.

My first game in attendance was beating SF in 96.

and 2013, fug them so hard for that bullshit. honestly think we could've given the Seahawks a real run for their money and possibly could've made (and won) the SB that year if not for the refs handing the niners that game. we played Seattle earlier that year and only lost on a DeAngelo fumble in the red zone with like a minute left

    • There are a lot of moving parts to this type of questions and way too many variables to consider to really predict how the outcome would have been any different in 2023 with Dalton starting more than just one game.  But instead of focusing on that Seattle game, another game, and the game following it, are more intriguing to me.   Week 16 vs Green Bay.  Young had the best game of his rookie season.  23/36 (64%) for 312 with 2 TD and no INT.  Thielen (6/94), Chark (6/98) and Tremble (4/59) all had huge plays in the passing game. The running game was a different story.  Hubbard (16/43) and Sanders (3/3) combined for just 46 yards rushing.  Mays was starting at LG and Jensen at RG.  The offensive line was able to protect Young just enough to keep the Panthers in the game until the very end.  But this wasn't because they were playing at a high level, rather the Packers defense played horrible this game. But this horrible defensive effort by the Packers allowed us to see what could be possible if Young had time to process and throw. Fast forward to Week 17 vs Jacksonville.  The offense was shut out and the offensive line allowed 6 sacks and 8 more QH's.   If you go back and watch these games back to back, the line play if very noticeable.  When Young had time in process and move, he was spot on.  When the line collapsed, like most QBs, he was ineffective. When you draft a QB 1st overall in the draft, especially if you trade up to do so, you hope to get a QB that can make plays despite the struggles around him.  Think Newton his rookie year.  Should the Panthers have traded up in the 2023 draft to the 1st overall and should they have drafted Young at that spot? My opinion is no to the first question and no QB in 2023 was worth trading up to take in the top 10.  Neither Stroud, Richardson or Levis would have been worth it.   But none of them would have fared any better than Young either with the Panthers, in my opinion.  Stroud had a good season in Houston but he didn't have a Cam Newton or Lamar Jackson season.  He needed slightly above average talent in one of the worst divisions to make the playoffs. He had the season we were hoping for in Carolina but wasn't going to get with Young or Stroud. Now, I'm not trying to put Young up on a pedestal here.  There are a lot of questions that still surround him and his ability to be QB1 on the Panthers in the future.  But the issue last year wasn't just the play at the QB position.  And really, I don't think the WR issues were as much as people make them out to be.  The real issue on this offense was the line and the running game.  If your line can't get a push to run the ball or pass block to pass the ball, you have no offense.   Start Young. Start Dalton.  Draft Stroud, Richardson or Levis.  Kidnap Mahomes.  Doesn't matter, I think the end result would have been the same.
    • If you blink often, you might or might not have eye issues. If your eyes aren't dry, your blinking may be caused by stress. If your excessive blinking is caused by stress, find ways to relax. If a tic is unlikely, talk with your ophthalmologist. If you want to ensure that your eyes aren't puffy, put your eye gels and creams in the fridge. This coolness will help to reduce inflammation, plus it will feel great when you put it on. Be sure to use your gel or cream every day for optimal results. Keep saline solution within reach. You can easily protect your eyes at work by wearing goggles. However, most people don't wear goggles for cleaning up in the home. If cleaning chemicals or soaps get into your eye, your first step should be to rinse the eye thoroughly using saline solution. Use a cotton wool pad soaked in a solution of rose water and a couple of drops of castor oil. When you place these pads on the eyelids, you can reduce the effects of eye burn. Other irritating issues with your eyes can be diminished or avoided using this method as well.   Read This Also:   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/a484a905-2985-4ca2-a25d-47c97ef83b12   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/f60130c8-5c59-4a60-94e8-61f3abcbdf41   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/f1ca107a-2c32-4b0d-bfcf-4efc6021149c   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/735f7e69-c489-4962-a244-aa3fa91bfddc   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/8323f628-d520-4b42-a38c-990f289863dd   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/6f4d5f82-d12f-492f-b5eb-0bb5d220bd99   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/525e1033-ad79-4cb9-bed6-2866753611a0   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/0107abb0-cf2b-41bf-aad4-cd573505fc54   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/3f30e8c3-bbed-437d-ba23-f70b993ed2d9   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/f562319d-a34d-44a5-89b1-8350a3b0fe98   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/919d41bf-cb97-41f7-8249-19636b72455d   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/0934fc64-a653-4379-ace8-a568b0dea68b   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/78269853-0517-4f12-92c3-4be1c1aa13fb   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/b0c67b70-be1f-4107-84de-3fa83dbb56ba   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/06788542-58c6-4ae5-910b-ecbb78500d6c   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/589fb52b-bddf-429b-888d-f940019741de   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/805194cc-1664-4e4e-8bfb-5a8a9dcc1060   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/f67e3cd7-f097-4969-b5ef-c7044bfd998f   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/75948776-07ce-48c8-9871-1422ac7769e4   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/dc8fc1e3-6216-441c-a44f-42447f6695dc   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/215da7df-0d21-4031-941a-d6327ebc39d9   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/759c4712-b49b-4ea6-9220-17e8ec3b7939   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/97b66549-5a25-421f-a053-e63fc7f6334a   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/87b56a8e-4c45-481d-b36a-c54e4da1366b   https://manifold.ecds.emory.edu/groups/9f1b82a9-c028-4b85-8d25-3733c7d67516
