I don't really give a fug if he looks amazing in practice. Let's see it on the field when it matters.

It's moderately interesting because there are no real sports going on but I am taking 100% of our training camp with a bushel of salt.

You play how you practice, you absolutely want to look amazing in practice. It’s the prerequisite to playing well.

All dinks and dunks from Bryce in 11v11 according to Rashad

Dink and dunk passing game with a power run game is like a boxer that can only jab.  At some point you have to be able to connect a real punch.  They better be able to wear teams down with the run game or its going to be unwatchable again.

not a good sign might be yet another 1st round bust. Xavier is a great athlete but very much a feast or famine type

It literally means nothing right now but getting open at all has been my biggest fear for him.  I'm just tired of drafting these receivers that are fast in a straight line and that's it.  First day of training camp means literally nothing, it's just not the best sign when you hear your #1 fear brought up after one day.

Stupid giant ad covered the text box in the middle of typing.

    • D Carr must have really disliked the saints to wait and do this announcement after the draft has passed if he made this call a few weeks before the draft sure they would have approached it and the offseason differently.  oh well will be interesting to see how their qbs perform.  would love to see them roll with Thill and just make the whole offense towards his skillset.  Although sadly would be only playing in about half the games with how often he gets injured.
    • I have to say it's quite fascinating seeing you pivot from months and months of wailing and agonizing about threads derailing into Bryce Young slingfests only for you to turn around and do the same thing. And just for the record. Nobody in life ever attained wisdom and clarity from mistakes by having people blindly fawn over them and tell them they are above reproach and incapable of making mistakes. Our front office is just as human as we are. And based on the fact that front offices across the league outside of a handful of teams change on a fairly regular basis it's safe to say they are certainly no more infallible than the average Joe even though they possess significantly more knowledge usually. If you want a utopia where all you do is shine shoes for anyone associated with the Panthers you go right on ahead and create yourself a new community sir. More power to you.
    • I trust Morgan when it comes to LBs so I think Wallace will do well.
