Panthers Practice August 12: Compliment Sandwich Edition

I like sandwiches but only certain ones. I don't care much for bologna but I feel like a good turkey swiss is nice. When I was a kid, I really loved PB&J but now a days I take the P out and just enjoy a good B and J when the misses feels like it. And subway makes a good sammich but you have to be careful because some of them are not great for you. Add the heart healthy avocado when you can. McRib was a damn good sammich when I was a kid but as an adult I wouldn't touch a thing from Micky D's. Ice cream sammiches make my pee pee go doing doing doing.

Glad Shaq is coming back

People who pronounce "Reese's Peanut butter cups" as "REE-SEES" instead of "REE-SAYS" are illiterate and don't understand the possessive apostrophe in English and I immediately look down upon them as lesser people.

Reese's are pretty dank and probably my favorite candy

Hey but REE-SEES PEE-SEES is so fun to say.
Disclaimer: Joke. I say it the correct way and I agree Reese’s is an elite candy.

is the practice field grass?  It sure looks like it.

The stadium's field is still turf, which sucks.

Grass is another term for Marijuana, or Jazz Cabbage as I liked to call it back in my heyday at the local dispensary.

Football pants make player's asses pop

I never expected anything different re:team sucks.

At least there's new characters added to this circle of hell.

    • Wow I can’t believe the panthers tried to trade up, failed, but still got the guy they wanted to trade up for. I wonder if anyone else has ever said that next you’ll tell me they had Hunter and Brazzell graded as first rounders.
    • I don’t think people are saying that picking up the option is a call for the pitchforks. We would have had to do things differently a couple of years back to make declining the option a valid move. We didn’t and here we are. People largely accept that. The pattern it adheres to, reinforces the nausea we feel when the idea of an extension, and at top of the market no less, comes up.  One that he hasn’t shown he deserves.   Same as he did not deserve to be drafted 1.1. Look at Pavia and what really is the difference? Bryce is a nice guy and Pavia is an asshole lol. They are both no margin for error non day one talents. One went undrafted.  Probably should have been drafted day three anyway. The other was way over drafted.
    • We hate losing. I don't know Bryce to hate him. His play as a QB, I absolutely hate. It's just not good enough. If there were a lottery held to select the order and all 32 starting QBs could be drafted as the starting QB for whatever team selected them, how long do you think it would be before Bryce's name was called? Top 10, top 20, bottom 8? Think about it.  For me, having never seen back to back games with franchise QB level performance in 3 years tells me what I need to know. We still need to be looking for our solution at QB.
