Scenario just got worst. If he is absolutely dog poo on Sunday you are lucky if you even get a 5th, 6th

Finding a team willing to pay him $4m next year and $6M in 2026? We might have to throw in a pick lol. I mean that's barely justifiable for a really good backup qb, let alone a guy that might not even make the active roster on a team next year

honestly i think this is probably what we need to heal as a franchise.

if he was cut, you'd always have a small sub group of idiots obsessing about "what could have been" and bryce has done enough damage to the fan base as is.

this way, we all get to see him die together. it will be healing in a way, the way human funeral ceremonies through the millenia often have similiarities.

we will send bryce to valhalla on a flaming ship! but instead of a ship it'll be the 5gallon bucket he's swept up into after the first quarter.

I don't understand the statement "what he done to the fanbase ". As far as I know he hasn't touched any fans beyond a handshake now and then. If watching him play effects you physically and emotionally then I think the problem is with you. You may not want to watch football anymore if it has that kind of effect on you.

I know he stinks as a qb but cmon, some if you act like he ran over your dog or boned your mom or something.

Ian Thomas has scammed this team out of more money than anyone and the outrage for that guy is nothing more than a mouse fart. Young will be gone when they can move him so be patient.

This was one of the worst possible match-ups for him to get his "redemption" game. High altitude, on the road, against the team with the 2nd most sacks and top 5 pass defense?

This is going to be so bad. All eyes will be on him too since the media has been pushing to see him again. It's going to fall flat and he's going to lose a ton of value.

Okay Carruth is way up there, and normal football villains are way down there....

Panthers villains... There really needs to be a separate room for pre Bryce Young fugups.

just lay it out as to who really made the call on Young and also, after seeing the results of that decision ... who was behind the associated urgency to double down and build (overbuild) an unsinkable offense to hide him in? Damn the expense and damn the impact on the rest of the team (defense).

Lay that out in detailed fashion, without the Hunger Games gossip drama cryptic treatment this time. We'll have the biggest villains and yes men.

    • I'm looking at the schedule and I see a 10+win season easy.  I think Carolina goes undefeated in the division.  I also believe that the Bears, Bengals, Lions, Browns, Steelers are very winnable.  Revenge game with phillips and the eagles could be a win.  Honestly only 2 games I see as chalking up a L to off the bat is the Seahawks and Broncos.
    • I guess so. Don't think I was involved with previous discussions.  Tepper is one of the newest owners in the NFL. Dan is going into his 3rd season as a GM - ever. Dave is going into his 3rd season as a HC - ever. Before becoming a HC, he was an OC/playcaller for one season total. Idzik is about to go into his 1st year as a play caller - ever. WRs are rookies, sophomores and 3rd year guys - though the experienced 3rd year guys are XL and Coker (who has missed a ton of games). TEs are guys going into their 2nd and 3rd seasons, and Tommy Tremble - though Sanders has missed a ton of games. QB has played 3 years. Chuba is an experienced RB, but Brooks and Etienne have taken very little snaps at the position. O-line is more experienced vets with some talent - which is HUGE. Need them to stay healthy. I mean the offense is very young in every aspect except O-line. You see it differently?
