We have heard a lot of stuff. I'm thinking judging him by what he has done as GM is fair.

And saddling him with the baggage of Fitterer, Tepper, Rhule etc, is not fair. 

I disagree with some moves so far but nothing egregious really outside of the resource allocation favoring the offense so heavily but it was not a single year fix so let's see what happens this offseason.

I was thinking the same thing. Without Dak we'll probably beat them.

Huddlers don't realize how much youth and playing on the Panthers is a boost (meaning that teams still perceived untapped potential since we suck so much). Mingo was not the best fit for us right now either. 

Sure, we have some receivers that can probably play consistently on the outside, but all three (AT, Coker and X) can likely eat on the inside as well. Mingo is probably best in the slot, which was where some experts had him projected before he was in the NFL. 

I see a true X in our future at some point. Mingo had nothing to do in that equation.
