We aren't drafting either of the QBs and Travis Hunter will be first non-QB drafted.  So we are looking at ER1, DT1, OT1, CB2 or WR1.  Still not bad, not bad at all. Yes, I think Hunter is a better CB than WR.

We get any of these players and I’d consider that a win, and we should be in position to get one of them. I see us losing to ATL and TB.

I firmly believe Mike Jackson and Demani Richardson are showing we dont need to spend our first rounder on the secondary. Our 1st round pick really should be Dline /Edge/Pass Rusher . Unless Canales just falls in love with Tet McMillan I guess.

RIP draft position. It’s insane how many poo teams there are this year. Unbelievably unlucky to have 4 wins and be near the bottom of the top 10

It's not a top heavy draft, man.  Trust me, if it were I 'd be peeved about today's win.  When a two way player is the top of the board, it says two things: the guy is talented, also there's no generational stud at any other position.

I respectfully disagree. This win could knock us out of Carter, Graham, Johnson, T-Mac. All players that would help this team tremendously

Cousins is probably about done. Atleast he got one final big check out of it. It was always going to be a tall task for him or any player coming back from an achilles injury at that age.

I see him getting another shot somewhere else, though. Just don’t know where, and he’s going to be a teams bridge

If a team signs Cousins to be their starter that GM should be fired on the spot.

Wow, the Raiders just royally screwed up. By winning, they just let two other QB needy teams jump ahead of them.  Yes, the Titans are likely in the QB market.  Deshaun Watson will not play another down for the Browns.

Sanders and Ward will be gone.

These guys could be good but still have red flags. Carter for example is weak in run defense and this was his first year playing edge. T-Mac will come down to the combine and he would disappear in a lot of games. I feel like these guys would be reaches in the top 5 in most drafts.

It just an uninspiring draft all together. I really haven't seen a prospect that jumps out as a must have player. It may turn out to be full of nfl level players but as of right now I'm just not seeing it.

Not impressed with Carter or T-Mac in the top 5 either. Raiders will have to trade up for a chance at either QB. And I’d go with Mykel Williams from Georgia over Carter. We need an Edge that can also boost our putrid run defense.

    • Biiiiiig eyeroll on this.  First, Look at historical stats of the most recent historical great DBs.  I plucked 3, Revis, Sherman, and Norman (cuzz he was our guy).  Combined post age 30, there are TWO pro bowls between those 3 and wanna get this...ZERO seasons with 16 games started.  ALL missed time.  It is RARE that Corners survive that long in the NFL and its about time we started recognizing this fact.  Jaycee is a good bet because it hasnt been anything seriously devastating injury wise, and with his sample size he could and should be an incredible piece for the panthers through age 30. Jaire kinda flops on the other side, hes 28...so hes under 30, but he wants his payday before it comes up, hes also been injury prone lately.  Bulk of the contract will be on opposite side of 30.  Will both of these guys help us be better in 2026?  SURE!  No doubt, but the question is, will these guys help us past 2026...not sure. The investment isnt worth the risk, nor would the ROI be anywhere close to worth it.  Neither guy is moving us from a 6-8 win team to a 8-10 team, period. My point is we're in this state a 6-8 win team IMO and he projects us as  a 4-6 win team.  EVEN if we think Jaire or Ramsey will make us a 6-8 win team, it in NO WAY is worth the money or capital to move that much just to suck kinda less.
    • I assumed he was retiring but apparently he plans on playing multiple more seasons.  Florida is gonna have trouble holding onto everyone.  Happens to all teams that have that much success.
    • I hate Marchand, but if he became a free agent.....
