If true, there's our NT.  Hoping we land Graham in the draft to bookend with D. Brown.

This is what I’m leaning towards.  Less of a bust factor with Graham over the tweener edge rushers.

Staying in more common in the NIL time. Daniels and Nix looked great as 5th years and Ward stayed to play this previous year.

No doubt. I just mean this was the time to strike in terms of first contract value, which will be worth considerably more than NIL money.

But, if you notice, they were not rated ahead of guys like Sanders and Ward in most of the early big boards prior to returning. I don't think they are(rightfully so, IMO) true first round talents.

The Jaguars have reached a three-year agreement with C Robert Hainsey, league source confirms. He played for new Jaguars HC Liam Coen in Tampa last season. He started every game in 2022-23 for the Bucs but lost his job to rookie Graham Barton last season.

We're nearly five hours into the legal negotiating window of NFL free agency, and our top five free agents -- D.J. Reed, Chris Godwin, Sam Darnold, Josh Sweat and Milton Williams -- have all signed new deals. So who are the best players still out there and looking for new contracts?

Let's look at the top unsigned names on Matt Bowen's list:

  1. Charvarius Ward, CB
  2. Jevon Holland, S
  3. Joey Bosa, Edge
  4. Cam Robinson, OT
  5. Dre Greenlaw, LB

I really don't think much of Nico and Allar and Nussmeier could have come out this season and opted to not do so. And that is in a VERY weak QB class.

I know other guys are likely to pop up at some point but, on paper, 2026 really looks to be a pretty weak QB class early on.

Nico and Nuss were RSOs.  Too early for them.  The rate of flops for RSOs probably had a lot to do with that.  2026 is going to be absolute loaded draft for QBs.  Might even rival 2024.

Not sure what it would take, but I sure would like to get Greenlaw on a 1 year prove it deal.

Supposedly Bosa is going to end up in SF. Interesting that Holland and Ward are still on the board.

Greenlaw is probably a wave two or three guy because of that injury.

    • Exactly He's played two seasons and started 28 games. He's well beyond the point of being able to point to 2 or 3 games and being able to say, "THAT is the QB he is and will be in the future" Of course he can get there, but anyone trying to use just those couple of games to rank his place amongst the games QB's today and their full career's worth of playing at that level, is just asinine. Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, Burrow, Hurts, Herbert, Daniels, Stafford, Goff, Geno, Purdy, Baker, Love, Dak, Tua, Kyler, Lawrence That's 17 QB's right there that have played better over their careers than Bryce has played at his best.  And I'm not saying they're all studs or guys I'd want to be our QB moving forward, Tua for example I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole, but his body of work is a million times better than Bryce's has been. It's also not including any of the other QB's drafted in 2023/2024 other than Daniels. So again, say you believe in Bryce, say you think he's going to prove he can and should be our QB of the future, that's all fair and totally fine. But nobody can say he's been an above average QB in his career thus far, it's just an asinine notion.
    • I'd think we could get one of those from Dallas for... whatever.
