Jarrett is going to get plenty of time as a number 1/2 in the preseason. THe same with Moore. It is their job to lose. If other guys surpass them, well, it is on them. They got every chance to show what they can do.

1. Lafell has the respect of his teammates. Jarrett has veterans calling him out.

2. Lafell rode a normal bus to school. Jarrett rocked the compact kid hauler.

3. Lafell has charisma and confidence. Jarrett has a teammate with charisma and confidence.

Unless Jarrett comes out on the field and dominates, he will probably quickly plummet down the depth chart.

Oh, this is if he makes it through preseason. I'm honestly rooting for the guy, but he has to realize the situation he has gotten himself into. If DJ doesn't redeem himself at least somewhat this season, or he'll be going the way of Drew Carter and Keary Colbert.

but still, LaFell has never played a down in the NFL....or even a preseason game. Still can't pencil him as an improvement yet of Jarrett until he proves to be one. Rookie WRs aren't something you can always count on.
