What the hell is Anderson flinching on that replay!!  Hmmm.. he might be having PTSD tonight.. pull em??

Anderson isn't built for the playoffs, that's why Toronto got rid of him, remember his goals he allowed in the 3rd period of game 6 against the rags, where he tripped over his skates, he falls apart under pressure

Plus he is being left out to dry by his teammates

Getting a leafs goalie was never going to work out

That power play was trash. Too many passes, scared to take a shot. They’re fully done. Sweep incoming.

to be fair, that's a standard Canes powerplay. Pass it around for 90 seconds and take one shot or it gets poked out of the zone.

Im gonna Disagree about freddie, both now and last year he was hung out to dry.

Not to mention the team really shouldn't have even been up for elimination if Rod had made adjustments prior to game f*cking 4

    • Would absolutely love to have him. I dont think he would require more than a 5th rounder. The biggest thing with his contract is the amount of guaranteed money. As long as they can work out and scenario where the Panthers aren't on the hook for a lot of that, I think it's a no-brainer. The Panthers can come up with $20M at the drop of a hat with restructuring Moton's contract, so there definitely isn't an issue from a money perspective. Jaycee paired with Ramsey along with Mike Jack would give us one of the best CB groups in the league. The one caveat I see is that safety still remains our biggest current weakness. We need a starting caliber S more than CB, simply put. But adding someone like Ramsey would be amazing as long as the compensation made sense. Ramsey could also play for FS snaps also. I also dont understand this nonsense about being seasons away. We have a QB on a rookie deal who was playing at an elite level to end last season. Within reason, now is absolutely the time to make moves like trading for Ramsey.
    • He'd be a huge upgrade for this year, but we're still not going to be contenders with him and I'd rather keep the cap space to roll into next season to spend on a younger player who can be an impact starter for us for the next 3-5 years while we're hoping to contend.
    • Because playoff hockey and regular season hockey aren’t the same thing.  It’s a combination of the game intensity being dialed up with loose officiating.
