Chris Gamble

Captain Munnerlyn

Mike Minter

Ryan Khalil.

this contains 1 correct answer for guessers.  Captain.

Captain is either the easiest or 2nd easiest.  2 are what I would deem near impossible.

Would have guessed Steve Smith in the 3rd but no WR.

Can't fathom Taylor Moton in the 2nd as an OL but I don't have anyone else who could make that kind of list.

DB I got Josh Norman and no idea beyond that.  All the other DBs who were good were early rounders (Gamble, Minter, Horn, even Godfrey as a 3rd rounder)

Nobody is getting  close without looking.  That’s a strange group of panthers.

Norman is correct.

That's 2 that have been guessed.

Captain and Norman.  IMO, those are the only 2 people got a shot at guessing.  The other DB would be wild for someone to guess.  And zero shot anyone guesses the OL.  Really goes to show how you shouldn't care much about late round picks.  Because not only did Panthers make the list but it isn't even good Panthers.

Saw what ESPN put for the 1st pick and now I immediately disagree with the list overall

I’m not one to get my pompoms for Peyton, but as far as #1 picks go, it’s a difficult task to advocate for a better pick.  There are others worthy but it’s a coin flip at best.

Steve Smith was the 74th pick and there are already 3 hall of famers from that slot.

    • Ridley Grieg was handed a 2-game suspension for his sucker punch on Sean Walker during the Ottawa series. First 2 regular season games for the 2026-2027 schedule.
    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup.
