We’d get better ultilization out of one of them than him.  Bryce will be out of the league within the next two years.

Richardson is just tall Bryce. I don’t think Cleveland will part with Sander, they will need him to go back and forth with Gabriel after Flacco gets injured.

If you believe that grade you might as well believe in Santa Claus too.

Try this.

Someone did some real research and when you break it down like he does it really helps put things into perspective.  We keep seeing and hearing all these excuses why it isn’t BY and that crap just don’t match the eye test.  It’s year 3, second year in the same scheme.  Stop it!  This is the NFL, you don’t get participation trophies in the NFL.  Time to stop coddling this guy and speak truths because it’s only going to help him get better…if he can.

Seems like the subjective looks at Bryce we are seeing seem to be much more positive than these statistical analyses seem to be. I would say that even if Sharp didn't watch the game(somewhat seems that he didn't) his larger point is that we are still seeing the same results, regardless of the short term subjective takes.

I basically tend to agree. I don't think this a Baker Mayfield scenario where the team/offense is clearly the bulk of the problem.

I will say that some of the subjective takes obviously do showcase some of the other flaws with the offense overall(XL, Renfrow, TMac making poor plays or the general better outcomes being possible). But this is also ignoring some of the poor placement or late timing that seems to be more Bryce related than anything else.

I am just done with the Bryce experience. He lacks elite skills, so attempting to "gut this out" for another season(or worse, more) seems foolish when you see that his ceiling is so low.

Even the supposed best case version(Drew Brees comp) was seeing far superior results in his early Chargers struggles prior to his breakout in year 4(which was really year 3). So if that was going to happen, it should be happening this season.

I’m with you here.  All things aside, he just isn’t fun to watch!

The Brees comparisons were insanity from the start. I never cared for Drew one iota but the guy is a hall of famer. Bryce's actual comp in terms of ceiling has been Tua. And well. Let's just say that was a bad omen. Because more often than not he's been anywhere between mid to horrific and the complete opposite of good in the playoffs anyway. We just need to throw another dart at QB in the 2026 draft and keep it pushing.

He looked way better than the start of last season. Just two throws i blame on him, throwing to XL in traffic instead of using his feet and not throwing a catchable ball on 4th and 1. Pff agrees.

How about the underthrown ball to Renfrow that could have possibly been a score?  I'd have to go back and watch, which I will not do, but he had several bad throws.

I wish people would stop commenting on trading for a QB. NO. If we get another QB it will likely be via Draft. Regardless, won't happen until off-season. No need to trade for someones backup that will likely give us similar if not worse results, in an attempt to win games that you will all complain about us winning come draft time. Let this season play out no matter how ugly it gets. Jay Z needed 30 years to do something and so will we or however the saying goes.

big picture went need 2 QBs though this offseason.  100% rebuilt room.  We need to find a vet to start and then draft a future QB.

He also threw Renfrow out of another easy TD late in the game.  Renfrow should’ve had two easy TDs Sunday, and what a hell of an opening comeback game that would’ve been.  The second one almost got HR injured because Bryce threw it over his head and carried him out of bounds where he landed awkwardly.  Had he led him upfield, it was a TD.  But alas, we have an impostor playing QB.
