So...Those 2 Point Conversions

I'm not a fan of going for 2pt until it is evidently clear you have to do it.

That is to say the rest of the game plays out exactly the same.  I feel like if we had gotten close, the Cardinal would have stop playing the soft zone earlier and Bryce would have folded under the pressure again

I don’t like playing the IF game because it will drive you insane.  Just like IF my father was a woman he will be my mother. 
 

I am with you. Why take the risk of going for 2 so early in the game.

It was a 3 score game with 2 pt conversions and 4 without. It was the obvious choice.

Chasing points will get ya beat by the points you were chasing. Kick the FG and extra point. If you need the 2pt conversion late, go for it.

I can understand the logic. Going for 2 made sense the first time considering how far down we were. Then you don't get it and are basically forced to go for it the second time, too.

Way down the list of concerns we have, IMO.

Didn't like it but understood it. What I really didn't like was the lack of agressivness at the end of the first half. Down that many points you don't play conservative. Even if they don't score, the Cardinals probably don't either. I literally had to walk away at that point I was so pissed.

I kinda understand going for 2 more if you have the personnel or a play that really might work. Dave has neither of those.

Going for 2 wasn't the problem. The god awful playcalls were the problem (especially the 1st one). We go jumbo set after the penalty on AZ then run a slow developing outside run when you know AZ is going to bring a run blitz. The most surprising thing about that play was that we didn't lose more yards...
