I know coaching in the NFL is a 24/7 job but got damn….what the hell is going on behind the scenes in Carolina?? The last few coaches since Tepper took over look like they just got out of Nam at a certain point. Canales is starting to get that look….like he spent the night in a Tepper’s office strapped to a chair with megadeath blasting and strobe lights flashing. I remember when Reich started looking glossed over and like he was ready to jump off a bridge. Rhule reached a point where he looked like he slept in a ditch.
Anyways, there is a pattern that has formed when they’ve all gotten the I don’t give AF anymore look with bags under their eyes that is synonymous with Carolina under Tepper.  It’s starting with Canales.

I was just thinking when someone posted the clip of angry Tepper after the game yesterday, and I thought to myself, “I wonder if Dave has to attend the meetings Reich used to really talk glowingly about?”🤣

this picture answers that.

I feel like Tepper needs to give the fans an opportunity to have weekly meetings with him so that he can catch his own ass chewings.

Tepper is trying to be the next Jerry Jones. He's actually the super secret head coach behind the scenes.

    • Pretty much what I said yesterday, this team fielded one of the worst rosters in franchise history Sunday and they expect Bryce (who is not that type of QB) to somehow carry them. The pass protection is horrible, the receivers are horrible and the running game was non existent. Everyone wants us to throw deep when our fastest WR yesterday runs a 4.6. For the third season in a row we have the slowest WR core in the league this team refuses to draft speed on offense.   And I agree Canales and Bryce really don’t fit from a scheme perspective, Bryce needs a Sean Payton or Mike Mcdaniels type, Canales wants a gun slinger, they need to find the happy medium.
    • I see that last point I think there is a power struggle between Canales and Evero or somebody. With that language about ‘pushing for the young guys’, was it? That doesn’t say I am in charge. And that could be a problem. Beta style.  You get this poo with offensive focused coaches. I have always preferred defensive guys because they keep you in the game. and other stuff.  I am not a Canales man in the sense that I am like the Bryce people, fervent and stubborn (sorry y’all).  I want to have a reason that makes sense to me to turn on him. Everyone has different standards. For instance I was done with Hurnry  the first time he traded a future first. Fox, 2010 sealed it. I stay patient. This thing with Bryce is probably the only time I have railed against a draft pick. Pick swaps yes, players no. It is a special kind of stupid when I can immediately see it. Fwiw.
