Agreed......the "boy wonder" is done here. Not much in the draft either. They should be shaking every tree to replace Young. Need to move on......period.

This year Im done with the excuses for BY. Its year three. He was the consensus #1 pick. 

They spend 200 million on OL to protect him, most was used on two stud OGs. They also resigned Motwon and Cobert(lols). 

They have used prime draft capital on offense players- Mingo 39th, XL 32nd, Tmac 8th, Sanders 104 among many other picks.

They resigned Chubba and brought in a recent 1,000 RB to help get 1st downs. 

He simply needs to play better. Just like 95% of the players and staff.

The replies to that Tice video are hilarious. They accuse him of just watching highlights.
I don’t believe that for second but if he just watched highlights and came away with that opinion, be glad he didn’t watch the rest of the game. 
 

Andy is night and day, you are back in the warm familair place of watching an NFL QB. Even in a loss viewing the game is just miles better.

It is a far far sight from magic. That is the thing. Maybe magic wouldn’t be workded but this is total poo.

Any. I have seen actual good QBs work with less. One even made the playoffs.
