Me too. That's why benching him for literally anyone would be a huge sign of relief. Do I expect to find anyone any better? Honestly, no. Not in mid-November with the trade deadline past. You practice squaders and guys on couches at this point. That's your only options. It would just be a relief to see a clear signal that we're moving on after this year. That would provide some hope.

Idk a lot of people are finally giving up on him. Canales ultimately had the approval to do it last year when he did because Andy was going to remain the starter until he hurt his hand in the car wreck. I don’t think Tepper really cares. He was probably just as pissed today, tbh.

And when I say I don’t think Tepper cares I just mean, if he was good with it before he probably would be now. The FO is probably just trying not to have another Darnold/Mayfield situation and are overly cautious. Tepper has no problem turning on people.

okay this is all messed up. I had the Frank quote here and didn’t see it. So disregard the Frank quote above.. my bad. 
 

My reply was intended to respond to ProcessBlue2 and the ‘Tepper seeing it’ angle. Reply starts here: 

I’ll be needing to see proof of that. Meaning Tepper. 

As far as the Dan being responsible that people are saying, I look at the situation as being like The Shawshank Redemption. 
The Bryce Young Redemption. 
 

His dream job can be his, but he has to serve his time in the Young cellblock. Go through a river of poo and hope he can make it to the other side. 
I believe he had conditions placed on his promotion and is fulfilling them and trying to navigate his way out of it while remaining employed. 
I have no proof but that is what I choose to believe. As opposed to Dan is an idiot that looked at Young and sees him as his ticket to success.
