How much influence do you think Tepper has on the day to day operations?

He has as much influence as he wants to have. He's the owner of the team and he has shown he can and will fire literally anyone who works for the team.

So to answer your question, he has infinite influence. Does he exert that influence? Who knows.

Pretty much this. It's impossible to predict when and where he wants to exert his influence. I'm sure on most things it's minimal but where he does weigh in I'm sure it matters a LOT. I mean, the guy who signs the checks gets what he wants.

He's made it clear he walks through the building making his opinion well known, which is to say, do what I say or your job may very well be on the line. I think he exerts his influence where and when he wants. Bryce was his draft choice and he is not going to admit he's wrong until there is no other option.

Basically, when the entire town is in ashes he will start screaming fire.

He hires Yes Men so there is only one answer with different levels of possibilities within that reality.

I still think the benching last year is looked at in a different light here than it really was. It's the Bryce show, that's why these people were hired and the benching was part of the process to salvage Tepper's biggest mistake to date. Everything now reeks of them scrambling that it's not working...which they were probably giving high fives after the success of the GB game. I would guess Tepper doesn’t understand how fugged it all really is and that the record is not due to the savior Bryce but instead of him.

I think the consensus on the Huddle doesn't match the reality of last year.

You think he still has employee spying on others like he did in the past? Just wondering,  I think he's a root of a lot of problems.

If the current state of America has taught us anything, it’s that there’s always bootlickers willing to sell out for the billionaires. There’s def still people in the building trying to gargle teppers nuts

We have a consensus?

What is it? All I see is arguments about it.

Sitting Bryce last year was just a pivot in the Bryce plans. They were never done with him because it's always been about him. The consensus here is that they were surprised when Dalton fell apart and Bryce looked better after DC had a chance to reset amd work with him, the thing Frank wanted.

My guess is that it still is but DC knows he is fugged in that regard now but Tepper is still expecting things to keep going.
