So....What Do We Do About Legette?

He had 1 catch for 1 yard in one of the biggest wins in Franchise History.  They have literally tried everything with this guy and its not working.  Tmac has more yards this season, than Legette has had in 2 seasons.  Not sure if he just runs his routes slow or maybe Bryce has no faith in him anymore but if he cant contribute he shouldnt be on the field.  I think a benching is in order.  Receivers should be TMac, Coker, Renfro, Horn, Legette, Tremayne.

XL was blocking his ass off and drew the free safety on T-Mac's game winner

XL is very clearly a bust. You try to upgrade over him in the offseason in some fashion(free agency, draft, etc) and get the overall WR Corps improved. If you have a role for him on the depth chart after that, fine. If not, pursue trades or releasing him.

Did you see Young miss him by about 10 yards for an easy completion on third down?

He made a nice play on a young scramble drill but young missed him, i know he is still raw and rough, but i dont think its all on him. 

I still have some small hope for him he has shown some flashes.

It’s hard not to be disappointed in a year 2 1st round WR having 287 yards on the season, especially when you realize 175 of those are in two games. He’s averaging 10 yards per game in the other eleven.

Legette is on track to have a similar career to Devin Funchess. A few mildly productive years on the Panthers, trys out for a few other teams, NFL career over.

Just keep using as he was used yesterday? He should be featured in a bout 2 plays, probably both screen passes, and the rest of it is up to Bryce and his run blocking.

if you remove the 4th down throws....Bryce Young didn't really throw the ball Sunday.   WRs had 42 total rec yards on the day without those.    It's not really a bash XL game IMO.  Bryce was largely asked not to play QB for 98% of the game.
