Disappointing lose but let’s be real

Losing this game hurt but really, it was lost on the Chubba fumble and more so, on the Horn facemask. In the scenario, the Chubba fumble was a back breaker. Tough to overcome but we did, and the Horn penalty was the death blow. Most of their points came off of devastating turnovers in our territory. Just can’t overcome these egregious miscues and beat a team like the Seahawks.  Bryce wasn’t great but he’s working with very conservative, generic play calling (or maybe the other way around) and in all honesty, has protected the ball really well lately. Every time Rico ripped off a good run, we took him out or ran Chubba. We didn’t commit to the run like we did with the Rams. Darnold threw a pic but it was in our endzone. We were fumbling and throwing picks on our own 30….or turning over on downs. To think that we would beat all of the best NFC teams is crazy town. We were never supposed to win this game and the sh*try thing is that we had a damn good chance all the way until the Horn penalty. We’ll see what we’re made of next week on the road against a free falling Bucs team. Losing to the Bucs next week would be far worse than today’s loss. Either way we are still ahead of schedule. No one thought we’d be winning this division this year.

21pts off of turnovers or downs on the wrong side of the 50. Without the Panthers misques the Seahawks offense scored 6 pts.

This is my point. Our offense has sucked all damn year. We’ve been finding a way to squeak out games. My main point is everyone is slitting their throats in true huddle fashion and the bottom line is this is where we are as a roster and as a team. Is Bryce the long term answer- probably not. Is our offense explosive- hell no. But in my opinion, we are ahead of schedule and we are drafting very well so stop all the incessant negativity and bitching.

Why did you omit Bryce’s INT when calling out mistakes?  That was a back breaker too

Of course it was. But it wasn't literally the next play after a super hype endzone pick from Mike Jack that had just got the defense off the fieldand saved a score. Of course it hurt bad too
