Evero is an easy box to check for the Rooney rule.  Bring him in, he's not a real candidate, but you're technically in compliance.  Then hire Jeff Saturday or Dan Orlovsky.

I would doubt coaching contracts follow same structure imposed by collective bargaining with the NFLPA. But who knows
