As far as Evero and Carolina goes. Change of scenery for both parties is inevitable.

Evero is an easy box to check for the Rooney rule.  Bring him in, he's not a real candidate, but you're technically in compliance.  Then hire Jeff Saturday or Dan Orlovsky.
