He isn't good. But Dalton is damn done. Complete waste of payroll and roster spot. As far as vet mentorship, our 4th year qb still needs mentoring?

Dalton had to go. He should have been sent packing last season.

I would note that they just went younger than Dalton. I doubt Pickett has any juice to unseat Young.

I guess if Bryce gets hurt the season is already over and Pickett just insures a higher draft pick. Dalton could have accomplished the same thing, but hey, why not spend an extra 7 million to have someone on the roster that can't push Bryce at all.
