I will absolutely lose my sh!t if this happens.  Arch and Moore go in the top 5. Mestemaker goes #8.  In this mock we have a chance at QB4 in what some are calling a generational QB draft and they have us taking a freaking DT at #10.  Sayin, Carr, Mensah and Sellers are ALL still available.

If we are picking top 10 we are picking QB

Yea I've been a fan of what Dan is doing, but if he extends Bryce after finishing bottom 10, I will have my pitchfork ready

Unless they start out like 7-0 and on fire and then Bryce gets hurt and they lose out or something insane like that, I will have my bags packed and my Panthers divorce papers in hand.

Here we are saying which teams will be tough in May. Last May Seattle would have been third in their division and the Patriots fourth, third at best.

And everyone would have said that Kansas City was in the driver's seat for the season again.

It's May, very early May.

Not a single soul had pats vs Seahawks in the SB.

Still this schedule is a #1 team and it is brutal. If they get 10 wins, Dave for COTY.

Well the season is very long and a huge grind. Most every team other than the cellar dwellers have ups and downs, mostly as a result of injury. Some as a result of gelling the new players and schemes or coaches.

It largely depends on when you play them in those conditions. The teams that are doing it right get better as they get their reps progressing through the schedule. How many new players they added makes a difference.

I expect to see that with us some on defense and at OL to start out with.

Yeah this is my take. Waaaaay too early to have any idea of how good most of these teams will be.

I mean, literally our division are the most winnable games.

Lions-L

Bears-L

If Burrow and Jackson are healthy-L's

Seattle-L

Denver-L

Vikings-W (if we catch them early in the schedule)

Packers-L (depends which Love shows up)

Pittsburgh-Rogers-L, other QB,-W

Cleveland-Depends on QB play-L (again depends on when we play them)

Philly-L

Even if we go 4-2 in the division, this is looking rough.

Why are we afraid of the Browns. Or Pittsburgh. Shedeur and the Aron bs. Our defense will be better. I'm not sold on Caleb and Burrow has to deal with Cincy's shitty oline. I haven't seen MVP Lamar in a minute. Just saying lots of questions about these other teams. Anyone can obviously lose to anyone but just looking out roster it  seems more complete then several of these teams

I could see us ending up in that 5-7 win range again, while people make excuses for Bryce again, Bryce gets a contract extension because the front office feels the same way, and then we get to watch this all over for 3+ more years.

NEW: NFL strength of schedule for 2026!

5 easiest schedules:

1️⃣ Lions
2️⃣ Saints
3️⃣ Bengals
4️⃣ Browns
5️⃣ Jets

5 hardest schedules:

2️⃣8️⃣ Rams
2️⃣9️⃣ Cowboys
3️⃣0️⃣ Panthers
3️⃣1️⃣ Dolphins
3️⃣2️⃣ Cardinals

Unless Shough has a sophomore slump, I see the Saints as the favorites to win the division

I feel like every year they predict SOS before the season and it often times does not align up. Most people would have thought NE was an easy win last year and would have dropped opposing teams SOS pre-season.

Honestly our schedule isn't really that much harder than the Bucs or Falcons. Not much difference between Denver/LAC/KC, SF/Rams/Seattle, and Philly/Dallas IMO. Saints did get it easier because they get the Raiders and Cardinals (wouldn't sleep on the Giants though).

I'm still curious to see if Slough is as good in his sophomore season now that teams have tape on him.
