Lafell, Gettis, DW, Wharton, Otah. The only reason: They were great with my kids when we went to see them at OTAs. Lafell cracked my son up--his favorite player now. Otah was great. Gettis (who we thought might not make the team) was very confident and articulate. Wharton remembered us from the year before (my father was a Gamecock and we talked about it) and my other son was wearing a 34 blue jersey and DW started smiling, went to him, and made a fuss over him.

Smith signed their stuff, but was kind of a jerk about it. I have mixed emotions about it, because he didn't have to sign anything (my other son had a 89 jersey he signed which is hanging in his room in a case). To be honest, most of the players were cool with the boys-Smith is the only player who seems to have a chip on his shoulder off the field.

When you go defense--Jon beason. More impressive as a person than as a player. Second would be Connor. Funny guy--very smart.

I like guys that can set NFL records. He has 341 NFL pass attempts without getting a WR into the endzone......and counting. If he hasn't set a record he is on AMAZING pace to do that.
