A team has asked permission to interview Chud.

Is there a limit to how much cordinators get paid? Is it possible to pay him as much as a normal HC?

No matter what, you can't pay a coordinator more than a HC...to do this will implicitly undermine his authority, basically indicating that the particular coordinator is more integral to the team's success than the head guy.

I think Rivera is one of the lowest paid in the league, so more money won't work.

In all srsness, he really would have to weigh the options.

Idk what I would do...you can either go to a team that's getting ready to have a massive overhaul and new qb and could be good but you don't know or stay at a team that could potentially be doing big things in the next couple of years with a record setting QB who is showing no signs of stopping.

Either way, he's gonna be gettin paid.

He's as good as gone. Coaches get in the game to become a HC. If the money is right he's moving on. Just because we all love Cam and think we'll be good next year and laugh at Jax means nothing. Put yourself in his shoes. Run your own team and make bank, or continue to do what you've been doing for years now. No brainer.

A concerning thing...Chud has not adapted to other team's halftime adjustments. Where was the Panthers O in the 2nd half ( Last game for instance)

Don't think he will get another job....and he has some work to do.

I've seen adjustments made... doesn't mean they always work, especially when your team starts to implode which we've seen majority of the time this year.

It's possible, but not every interview turns into a hire. Rivera interviewed for years.
