I joined huddle in 2004 and I watched every locker room porn clip that was available to me until fuging clayj took it all away, I've even seen hot mess and pantherchic tatas but I have absolutely no fuging clue about this log.

I've been a panther forum poster since the days before the huddle.

Not exactly sure how long the huddle existed before I was informed of it's existence.

That being said, I don't know what the log means unless you are referring to the jags unfortunate outcome of having a stump in their locker room back in the early days of the Del rio years.

Waaaaaaay back in, oh, maybe 2004 (?) somehow or another (Mush, Zod, Kurb, Skew, Cooter may have to help me out some) we secured this stump at one of our tailgates... If I remember correctly, we had to pat the stump for good luck, and ended up on a nice winning streak, so the stump became a tailgate staple for good luck... Somebody would bring it to every tailgate, and make sure it got home safely... After a while, 'The Stump' (as it came to be known) became a Huddle (tailgate and message board) legend (for those of us who are superstitious, of course)... Well, after I moved to Texas, I assumed 'The Stump' was lost to the ages, but after coming home to visit the folks this weekend, I discovered it in one of my father's flower beds... After finding it, I had to snap a photo of it and see just who remembered...

Oh, and of course I patted it for luck...

and this is an example of what pains me the most about not being in the carolinas. No home games in persom, not home game tailgates, despite the fact I've been a fan since the panthers played a single game...preseason or otherwise.

Which reminds me of one of my favorite panther memories...

When Clifton flew down to Dallas to meet my wife and I for the panther game sept 28th, the first season the new Jones temple was open for business.

I bleed black and blue as much as anyone.....

Been around since 2006 when it was still Panthershuddle. Have had my various bitching across the years and changed SN, but this is the best Panthers board out there.

Really don't remember what it was like beforehand. Just remember how upset I was in 2004 when Smitty broke his leg on that horse collar tackle by Hannibel Navies against Green Bay and I had no one to commiserate with except my brother.

At least I have this board now. And I mean that wIthout any sarcasm. A lot of good people overall. Some even that can remember rocking the sweatshirt with the Charlotte Observer front page printed in it from when the team was announced. Or the really cool retro sweat with the Panther busting through the front and back
