In full 2010 tank mode.

Awesomeness!!

If the big cat wanted a tanked season he would have fired most of the coaching staff together with Hurney. Coaches fighting for thier jobs will not tank and we are good enough to be in every game left due to weak schedule.

Besides tanking are for losers. And if teams starts to do it on purpose and obvious they will most likely be punished.

We still have a win against cheifs and against raiders at the very least. I could see us winning in San Diego in surprising fashion as well. And the Eagles are very beatable right now.

No matter, I just don't see us in the running for #1 pick by the end of the season.

Anywhere in the top 5 is a good place to be to get a great player. There is a weird pressure when selecting first to select certain positions, but after that it seems best player available is easier to pull off.

I don't want to lose another game, but given that they likely will lose quite a few more I think a 3,4, or 5th pick could land some much needed talent.

    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
    • All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.
    • I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
