It's clearly going to be Purple and Carolina Blue though...all the color schemes they've put out (buzzcity . Com, shirts, emails, etc) it's been purple and carolina blue. And Jordan himself said the colors might not be purple and teal.

That is a bit of a leg down, now I know it's only a fuggin color scheme, but we all know it was that Purple and Teal color scheme that Was the Hornets.

Jordan knows that too, don't see the need to switch it to Carolina Blue.

Hopefully MJ gives the uniform reins to Alexander Julian . He won't disappoint

Well.....Carolina Blue is a more universally appealing color than teal, even if it is an old Hornet color.

 

Plus it is already in the bobcat scheme, so it will be kind of a "passing the torch" scenario.  I think the purple was more important than the teal.

Yeah, I would be epic stupidity to go through all this trouble to re-brand the team as the Hornets and not use the teal and purple.
