Happy 4th of July

I will begin the day on the Huddle, play a little B-Ops II, go to aunties, and eat hotdogs, hamburgers, fried chicken, potato salad, Honey Baked ham, smoked turkey, fried catfish, chit'lings, collard greens, turnip greens, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes n gravy, 'que, hushpuppies, slaw baked beans, lemonade, Pepsi, red velvet cake, German chocolate cake, pound cake, lemon meringue pie, and banana pudding. If I am lucky I may get some horseshoes in, but may be passed out from eating so much. Then I may stop in on the wife's fam, eat a little again (but their food will likely be gone within the first 20 minutes), but I will likely beat a few people in spades and cornhole before a short drive back to the house. Then we'll walk to see fireworks (only a 10-15 minute walk to the municipal park). I will end the day much as I began, on the Huddle and B-Ops II.  Lovely!

Happy 4th all!

Boston Butt has been in the crock pot since 11:30 last night, gonna give it two more hours then chop the bad boy up.  Between now and the family cookout this afternoon, I plan on rough-housing with my kids.  Why not?

Happy 4th.

A day we still celebrate the kicking of the limey British ass (with the help of the French, but fug those frog eating bastards)

Let us celebrate how John Adams suggested...

So I am going to go watch a parade, watch a shew on TV, play xbox, toss the football with my boys, fire my shotgun, ring a bell, light a fire and some sparklers.

Done, done, and done.

Thank you John Adams.

God Bless America

Fug you and to respect the tradition fug the boiled water drinkers.

Happy 4th jully and no need to say thank you btw this is always a pleasure to kick them in the rear.

    • I am high, but that’s besides the point! The blue line is not good right now. I’ve said it all year. I don’t think this group meshes well. Slaven has been just OK Niki up and down Miller up and down ghost and Walker have been your most consistent guys. Maybe it comes together more towards the playoffs
    • I was expecting to see more cap room moves by now, which may be to suggest that we are not going to be that aggressive.  I have mixed emotions about that (because I think we have 3 needs on D and 3 needs on O--starters).  If you look to the draft for 3 starters, that is ambitious.  We need 6
    • Yeah we shouldn’t be competing with teams, bidding wise, to sign a WR. There will be one for us and our budget.  I keep saying, how many balls will there be to go around anyway? One thing good I will say for this offense is the ball has been spread around at times. Seems like I remember seeing a large number of guys have caught passes in a game. Or been targeted at least. 3 RBs 4 or 5 WRs 2-3 TEs type of stat lines. 10-11 guys.  Not every week but that happens.    As far as WR in general, we need the smaller agile and quicker component to compliment what is there. After that it should be about depth, having good backups for the starters so we can run things consistently still, if a guy is out for a week or two. That is especially important in game where you have to finish the game with who you made active.
