Brandon Lafell

Brandon LaFell is on the Vince McMahon "You're Fired" List

He's not good enough. He's a #4

Not trying to be a Cam homer or apologist...but Jesus last time I checked he gave us the lead in all of these close heart breaking losses. Last time I checked he isn't on the field when the other teams drive down at will and score on our soft ass defense / secondary

While I understand he cannot throw the ball to himself, there is no possible way this guy is even been slightly open for the majority of either game.

Sure, Sherman was on him week 1....what about week 2?

Lafell is a flat out #4 in this league and that will not change. He has no upside, other than his blocking abilities.

Naw he ain't open. Part of Cam's problems is actually Lafell being on the field. I believe Cam really likes Lafell and looks for him on the field to try to get him the ball. I believe that was in the case on Cam's interception against the bills. Seemed like he just wanted to get Lafell the ball and made a poor decision.

Steve Smith made a cooment that when Lafell first got there he didn't see him as guy that would step up.

Lafell's biggest problem is that he can't get separation. Neither can Anquan Boldin but Boldin is more physical and attacks the ball.

I like Lafell but him being our #2 WR is a joke.

    • He does have luke-like traits, but ......ugh I hate to spend draft currency on the low valued ILB. Same bitachin I did about Dan traded up for brooks, he even pulled the classic " we had a 1st round grade on him"  Hell I rather see if Wallace finally learned how to get his body ready for a NFL season. Toss this in the pile too, Id be ok with Claudin Cherelus starting. I think Lloyd will elevate any player next to him and Claudin would break out, he's got the same health issues like Sanders.....he's climbing the mountain and pulls a hammy.  Plus since this a great and deep ILB group, the UDFA pool should have a few players that get overlooked.
    • Typically stay away from women's soccer but little hit today
    • Dang I wish I could add, but Im not the NBA fan like I was years ago. I will just share the little I can- Philly is a big NO form me. Knicks does not scare me, I rather face them over Philly. If Celtics are healthy, I put them next to Philly in NO terms.  My issue with this hornet team is that they are too young about playoff NBA ball. Close games are not their friends mainly cause there's no OLD head to calm them down. Plus living by 3 in close setting, these misses hurt young teams more.  Just enjoy the ride and see the growth, playoff ball is a different sport....maybe Ball can MVP this thing a couple series?!?!?!
