Apparently, getting beat by the Panthers means you've hit rock bottom

Tom Coughlin's team didn't even show up on Sunday, suffering an embarrassing 38-0 loss at the hands of the Carolina Panthers. The 38-point loss is the worst of the Tom Coughlin era. At 0-3, the Giants' playoff hopes are on life support in the third week of September.

Article mostly centered around the Giants' abysmal performance

Hmmm... The team was torched 38-0 by a team that has been figuring out a way to lose for the way to long.

Believe you me, no one is questioning the Panther's potential. But, many have seen how much this team have been beating themselves instead of beating their opponents. Even the Foxs Analysts today stated that the Panthers should have won the previous two games. Beating the Giants wasn't the shocker. It was the Offense finding their rhythm and beating the Giants 38-0 is where the shocker is.

Getting destroyed, blown out and shutout by a 0-2 is rock bottom. I don't see that as disrespect, rather the simple truth.

Not giving the Panthers any credit is disrespectful. Eli had thrown for a shite ton of yards, had two very good WR's against a weak secondary. To blame that on simply not showing up is disrespectful.

I agree..

now please update your sig, its annoying :D

    • Nothing wrong with it at all until you start telling others they are bad fans or not fans. But you are.    I did many years of that type of uninformed fanning because there really was no info and coverage like there is with the internet.    I mean, I used to go to the store and get Street and Smith’s annual football issue. That was about the extent of what you could get if you didn’t live in a big city with sportswriters covering and reporting.  There was no video to look at or replay the games and if you didn’t live in the market you could only rarely see your football team play.    TI have fanned since being a kid in the early 1960s, and as late as 1995 - ‘97 I lived in Atlanta and good luck getting more than 3 or 4 games a year on TV. No radio either. No print coverage outside of an AP recap and box unless they played Atlanta.  People today that have always had the network connection don’t know.    I wasn’t very educated about the Panthers until I finally got internet.
    • oh now that's what you call Mother Fiuggure fans the ones that always have this fierce protective shield around the team no matter if they win or lose  & to be honest there is nothing really wrong with being a Mother Fiugguer fan they just have a different meaning or sense of what a true fan really is                                                 ☺️
    • I'd gamble, miles josh green and 2-3 firsts especially if we could trade both this years and 1 future
