but according to the Cam first team second guys in here there is supposed to be 30 threads on getting rid of Cam. what happened?

the entire team is to blame. too many penalties on 3rd and long that kept drives alive. bad play calling.

Still baffles me why LaFell is above Ginn on the depth chart. One of the WRs can get separation , the other...

Cam fuged up but we really need some help around him. He was obviously pressing those lat few drives.

We need OL, WR and a young, healthy HB. No disrespect to D-Lo but a 31 year Old RB with an injury history really shouldn't be starting on any team in the NFL.

Shula also needs to use our 6'5 TE in the Red Zone more.

Smitty was limping the whole second half. He had nowhere to go with ball but lets tear him apart anyway.

Yeah it's funny how when Steve was running well Cam looked great...Steve goes down, Cam struggles. Now if only we could get him more than one good WR, crazy talk I know. Kaep has Davis, Crabtree AND Boldin bailing him out all game. Anyone trashing Cam is retarded. It's a team loss(with ALOT of ref help). Our Defense let us down also and they are the strength of our team presently. We HAVE to become more balanced

Put Colin or any of the other QBs behind this team's Offense as is and then I will get back to you.

But, I will blame many of you Panthers fans before I blame Cam. It's clear to me that your only interest is WINNING not building a team around this kid. Three seasons in and all I've seen is a team making progress. All I see from many of you is bitching moaning about every play your QB makes or didn't make while you continue to ignore this team's real issues. You then start endless threads just like this because you know many will respond and Cam has been made an easy target thanks to the jealousy of those who hate him because he's not their son.

If you honestly want to see this team compete with the best, then you have to accept the fact that this team needs a whole lot of fixing.

I will take Cam any day over Colin, Luck, and RG III. Russell, I am not to sure, thou. He may be a toss up with Cam.

Cam has things he needs to improve on. But he already has shown improvement and he will continue to improve.

He had a pretty good game today. The first pick was not very good. The second one, I just think SF defense made a good play taking Olsen:s route away from him and sealinh him off. Don't really blame Cam or Olsen, just tipy cap to the 49ers

I can't blame Cam when he accounted for 88% of our offense. We had no running game, which made us very one dimensional. When Cam finally has pieces around him and does not perform well, then I will start questioning his ability to win us a Super Bowl. His situation is completely different from Andy Dalton, who has AJ Green, Marvin Jones, Tyler Eifert, Jermaine Gresham, Bernard, and a top-10 Defense, but can't win a playoff game.

    • Except it takes those QB's a few years to develop because they needed to learn the mental side of the game and have it catch up to their physical attributes. Bryce was supposed to be a QB savant who already had a fully developed mental side of the game and that was going to make up for his lack of physical ability.  And his lack of NFL level QB physical traits has been clear as day to anyone who has watched him the last 3 years, mainly, he just doesn't have an NFL arm, he can't zip the ball into tight spaces or throw on a line down the field like is needed at this level.
    • Don’t recall seeing many of his interviews but what strikes me is that he engages and goes in depth. Even with the cliche answers as referenced by OP come across somewhat thoughtful.  Very likable personality despite being someone who can crush an average person like I can crush a paper cup. I knew Motons mother had a career at MSU but was looking on the google and found that Mushin Muhammad personally knew Motons grandfather.   His late grandfather was a professor at MSU.   Cool guy.  Interesting family and small world.
    • I think people aren’t patient enough with Young. It can take a few years for a QB to develop. Look at Darnold, Baker and most recently Daniel Jones.   he hasn’t been able to put up big passing numbers either cause of how much we run the ball. You can tell our coaching staff still hasn’t took the training wheels off Bryce and let him go all out. We’ve had some pretty bad receivers as well. We finally got a true number one last year and look how much Bryce improved. Still we didn’t really have any depth behind TMac. Coker was hurt for a lot of the year and XL was our #2. How many big plays or TDs has XL dropped? I think this year can be the year we see Bryce able to hit his stride. If not then we can start looking for another qb but I just ask people to be patient.
