Ok: ROE (rules of engagement) are simple, post your crazy prediction or predictions as to what UNSEEN/UNTHOUGHT of move DG will make this offseason.

Mine; Stewart traded for a pick, CJ restructures taking guaranteed $$ up front for a lesser cap hit. smith stays at least 1 more year.

Smith takes a pay cut and stays (seems crazy right now)  2 years at $4 million each.

The Panthers draft WRs in rounds 1 and 3  (Matthews and Abrederris)

The Panthers draft  Tackles in rounds 2 and 4 (Bitonio and Hurst)

The Panthers do not draft a S, but they draft another OLB

Panthers actually sign Hakeem Nicks in free agency

The Panthers reduce Godfrey's deal to a 1-year, $2m salary.

All this Smitty chatter is a Gman ruse so everyone and their mother thinks we go WR at #28.

Gman drafts another bunch of Hog Mollies early and gets either Hicks or Santonio Holmes to sign for peanuts. They then return to SB winning form as they now have a decent QB again

    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup. This is Young's team. • This is why we need the Bank of America Stadium Ballroom.
    • That thread has all the huddle legends either posting in it or mentioned in it. I remember everyone of those folks and I truly miss seeing them post here. This place was so much better with them here.
