Panthers could sign Charles Tillman according to the Briggster

According to Chicago Bears beat writer Brad Biggs, if Tillman doesn’t find his way back to Chicago this offseason, he may end up landing with the Panthers in Carolina.

I could see it, with the Rivera connection. Article also states Tampa as a possible destination (obviously).
