A summation of all arguments that I have seen this past week

Can we just get these arguments out of the way now so we aren’t running around in circles in every thread? I’ll post the topic of argument, and then every response that I can think of, or examples of things I have actually read. I’ll try and start from the beginning:

 

Tagging Greg Hardy:

·         It was the right call

·         Gettlemagic!

·         We need him for our defense

·         13mil is too much

·         Now we have no money for other players

·         Guise, a deal will get done, no worries

·         Tag and Trade!

·         Gettleman is raping us!!!

 

Losing starters to Retirement or Free agency:

·         Gross left because he couldn’t wait to get away from gettleman

·         All these players are leaving because of gettleman

·         They are leaving because the franchise is tainted… by gettleman

·         But guise, we have no money

·         It’s all part of the master plan

·         But I really liked that dude and he should have received a contract

·         They were asking too much and we can’t afford it because we have no money

·         Let’s just draft player x because he’s on my favorite college sports program squad

·         Blame Hurney

·         Blame Gettleman

·         Blame JR

·         Blame D-Will

·         Blame Stewart

·         Blame the liberal media

·         Gettleman is raping us!!!

 

Getting rid of Steve:

·         Yeah it was the right call

·         We need him for our offense

·         He was making too much money, he needed to go

·         Yeah but it saves us no money by doing it

·         Yeah it does

·         No it doesn’t

·         The way we got rid of him was disrespectful, Smitty deserved better

·         I’m no longer a panther fan

·         Guise, he let smitty go in order to let Cam and Luke step up as leaders

·         Now we have no WR’s

·         Like seriously no WR’s

·         Don’t worry guise, we’ll double dip in the draft

·         Guise, there’s no one for Cam to throw to

·         Cam can throw it to himself, best hands on da team

·         (Insert McNutt Pun)

·         Steve isn’t good anymore anyway

·         I hope he rapes us when we play him

·         Gettleman is raping us!!!

 

Nicks going to the Colts:

·         This proves how much of a failure Gettleman is as a GM

·         I disagree

·         Nicks not coming here shows how much of a pussy he is, because here he would be a #1, there he is option #3

·         Gettleman running all our players away made all the free agents not want to come here.

·         Nicks was the second coming of Christ, why wouldn’t gettleman lock that up?

·         Suicide watch activated

·         Gettleman is raping us!!!

 

Conspiracy theories:

·         Gettleman is putting Cam in a position to fail because he hates him because he paused for 7 seconds last offseason at that one press conference

·         That was taken out of context

·         Fug your logic

·         We are setting Cam up to fail in order to not pay him much next offseason

·         We should trade Cam to the browns and start over with johnny football

·         All the players are upset and hate Gettleman

·         Cam wanted Steve traded away because reasons

·         Gettleman Rape!!!

 

The Money situation:

·         We have no money

·         A good GM would make money

·         Hurney wasn’t a good GM then

·         This isn’t Hurney’s fault

·         Yeah it is

·         Nuh-uh

·         Yeah-huh

·         It’s gettleman’s fault

·         Restructure contracts to make more money happen

·         Restructuring fixes nothing, it just pushes money back

·         Nuh-uh

·         Pay cut all the players!

·         Guise, this is Dwill and Stewart’s fault

·         You can’t blame them for taking a retarded offer from Hurney, anyone in their right mind would take that deal

·         Holy crap SMF made a valid argument

·         Huddle implosion
