Can't remember which player was being interviewed on WFNZ, but I heard him say that Cam spoke after Rivera did at the meeting after the Monday night game.  From what he said, it wasn't a players only meeting.

If the offensive line had gone after Cam and told him everything they were sorry for the meeting would have gone well into Tuesday and they would have ordered in breakfast.

The difference is Smitty called the players only meeting last year and chewed players out. This year I don't know if that's going to work with Cam. Decoud did say Cam had one with them and he apologize. What I don't like about this team is that we don't have that dog in the locker room who isn't scared to speak his mind and get players to follow. Every locker room in the league has one except ours.

But would he go full out laying into Byron and Nate's asses for not protecting Cam, ripping them apart in front of all of their teammates? He's a vocal leader but I'm not sure he will go the full lengths necessary.

I don't know. He doesn't seem like a politically correct, make sure every one feels good, type of person to me.

I could see him not even caring at this point. I know if I was on the team I wouldn't. I'd just be collecting my paycheck waiting for the next coaching staff. He's been used to losing.
