Good pocket.

Looks like Cam is looking at 2 routes.

Waits on dropping LB to establish what he is doing.

Makes a horrible throw....likely inflenced by his LT getting beat too much and shorter throws always being a constant issue

No blitz from the D, and our OL did okay but Turner looked a little unsure of who to hit.

Cam locked onto KB just long enough to give up a split second too early to hit him, and also a split second too late to hit Greg at a good spot.

Also, Cam never really set his feet well. I think it is obvious that he's expecting pressure that isn't necessarily there.

3 routes all pretty much crossing at midfield

I was JUST about to post this.

Two possible receivers basically running to the same area.

OL had good protection, Cam had happy feet, and threw a pass basically to the LB instead of his receiver.

Where would you have liked Cam to throw it?

Decent blocking from Norwell and Remmers.  Heck, even Bell holds his own in that clip.

Saw Stewart head out left, probably into the flat as a checkdown.

Wide open passing lane in the middle early but by the time the receivers come into view it's gone.

Still, Newton had some opportunities there.  Held it a little longer than I'd like and in the end didn't make a very good throw.  I think Benjamin might have been the better option.

    • Nobody on the huddle is saying we have an elite group offensively across the board. They aren't great. They're young. If you are expecting someone to agree with your position of blaming everyone around Bryce Young nearly three full seasons into his career you are going to be left holding the bag save for a handful of people who act like they are paid to defend his honor. Bryce Young is not a guy who has had to claw and fight his way into starting jobs in football. He's had the best to work with and been gifted roles since he was a teenager. The Panthers have one of the youngest rosters in the league and with us needing an infusion of young defensive talent in the upcoming draft we're only going to get younger. We need a QB who possesses the ability to elevate those around him. If you can't agree with me on that then there's nothing further to discuss.
    • All Bryce and the Panthers had to do was split with the Saints and a rookie QB. The bar was so low. They even had a whole bye week to prepare. The time for singing kumbaya was before that game. Anyone still talking about Bryce earning a second contract 43 games into his career is living a fantasy. He might get one from the Tepper owned Panthers but he's damn sure not earned it.
