Photos of the Game - Wild Card Weekend

Here are a few of my favorite photos from the Panthers victory over the Cardinals.

It was actually difficult to not get a picture of Luke Kuechly. He seemed to be in every defensive frame. Highschool coaches would be wise to replay this game for their linebackers highlighting Luke and TD for them.

Luke is also the reason the Panthers are able to play the UDFA rookie Glanton. Before every play with Glanton, he makes sure the kid is on the same page and knows his assignment.

Thomas Davis seemed like he was playing to show the world he should have been a Pro Bowl selection.

Brandon Williams came so close to blocking a punt. Literally within an inch....

KB continued to look mediocre, but I am not sure it was all his fault. Many of the passes were just too wide or high. Throw in the ball being very slick and you get shots like this...

Stewart had another very solid showing and looks to be one of the better backs in the league at this point. The perfect mix of speed and power running.

Fozzy is the ideal compliment to Stewart. We finally saw a screen featuring Fozzy which was refreshing after that 3rd down screen to Bersin of all people. (Still SMH at that.)

Bell might have gotten away with one here....

Tolbert is far too large of a man to look like a gazelle when he runs....

Cam didn't have a great night, was banged up a bit at times, but stayed in and did enough to win the game. The Cards defense was one of the better ones in quite some time.

Loving the future with these three interior offensive lineman. Seriously, best it has been since 2003.

Welcome to the Charles Johnson show. Whenever the opposition is pinned back in their end zone with the game on the line, I just stand near the goal post and stay on Charles.

You sacked a QB... want to add insult to injury... slowly step over him on the way to celebrate.

After the game. the team was very emotional. It is fantastic that these rookie players like Bene now also have playoff experience.

When it was all said and done, the media swarmed around one guy.... who just may be a future hall of famer.

Holy hell. Luke looks like an angel in that last photo, sent down to smite all those who oppose Carolina in the form of a future HOF linebacker.

With the changes in the secondary, I'd be surprised if Carolina doesn't have one of the three overall fastest defenses in the NFL. Maybe even the fastest, all positions considered.

I like how Luke attaches his helmet to his arm in the last photo. If he isn't careful he may clue the rest of the world in that he is a cybernetic being

Yea Luke is so photogenic. It's like not fair to average guys like Brad Pitt and Ryan Gosling. They spend hours in makeup and binge dieting. Luke just does Luke.

It was actually the punt that bersin muffed and they recovered. If we had blocked it, the game would've been over in the first quarter
