This.  It's just amazing that Ray Rice gets caught ON VIDEO straight up knocking his wife out and dragging her out of an elevator caveman style and yet it's Greg Hardy and the Panthers who seemed to get more bad press long-term.  Once the Ravens released Rice, it seems like they were pretty much let off the hook even though it's pretty clear that neither they nor the NFL did much background work into that situation.
