Yep. And I'm one of the many that him. Don't get me wrong he's a great young Qb but I just can't stand his voice/that awful neck beard.

First of all the team that signs Hardy needs to run a 4-3. He would be wasted in a 3-4. I don't care if you call it a hybrid or traditional 3-4, he would be wasted in Indy IMO.

 

If Hardy signs to play in a 3-4, he'd better make that contract as big as possible.

 

The Panthers used Hardy at defensive tackle several times and he did well there, so he can play on the inside.

 

I'd agree he's better suited to play a 4-3 end than a 3-4 end (can't see him as a 3-4 OLB) but he could conceivably be effective there.

Speculation of teams signing Suh and Hardy together seems to be a popular thing.  I've seen it for the Raiders, Colts and Dolphins.

 

Will definitely be interesting to watch if it happens.
