Jake Locker retiring

Can't blame him, and honestly good for him for realizing it and moving on before it was too late.

You bet your ass if I were a 26 year old millionaire, with an injury history in a violent game, and realized my talents were only mediocre...I'd be seeking an analyst job or something.

Cmon man. I get you are allowed to say what you want since you won this place but that's just poor taste.

Locker was a good talent who would've been solid if not for numerous injuries. Sad to here about this.

Well, to be fair, it was a combo of injuries and a complete lack of accuracy.  Dude had a cannon of an arm, unfortunately that cannon sprayed about wildly.

    • just read the thread. I would like to say that the team not being sold to Tepper is an absolute banger of an answer and probably the right one

Initial gut reaction when I first thought of this question is Kasay kicks it in bounds on the kickoff, but unfortunately I still think New England wins that game even with that My second instinct was pulling Bene out before he breaks his leg in the playoffs. My crackpot theory is if he never gets hurt we win the superbowl. I refuse to go back and watch the game but at some point Peyton throw an absolute duck that should have been pick 6'd. but because we were on our like fifth outside corner he was slow to the ball. this would have completely flipped that game because I'm pretty sure Denver scored that drive and the next one was the Cam sack fumble
