Will Jimmy Graham Retire?

Jimmy Graham was traded to the Seahawks on Tuesday in a stunning move that brought one of the league’s best tight ends to Seattle. His first day at practice with his new team might be an awkward one, though.

Graham got into an onfield altercation with multiple Seattle players before the 2014 NFC divisional playoff game between the two teams. Graham was on the Seahawks side of the field, and had to be restrained after Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin grabbed a football out of his hands and booted it.

“Jimmy was warming up in our area and I just asked, ‘Could you go on your side of the field?'” Irvin said after the Seahawks’ 23-15 win. “And he said, ‘I’m Jimmy.’ And I said, ‘Who is Jimmy? I don’t know Jimmy.'”

Later on after the game, the Seahawks’ Michael Bennett went on radio and talked about Graham as well.

I doubt he retires.  Fences will be mended and they will try to win a super bowl.  It's all fun and game when you're opponents.  But when you're teammates, you're family.  Or at least what an intelligent group of men would do in that situation...so yeah..

    • I member him staying after practices with only to see he was wearing heavy weight vest, one of his trademarks. He also put in 10 years, right? People forget he was the ST stud that called the snap and made sure everyone lined up right. He was one of the "glue" guys that bought his "lunch pail" to work.... He was a willing solider, all teams need a couple of them. He blocked for sooo many panthers RBs- Davis, lane, Williams, foster, goings and when there was huge injuries he took over the starter duties and had a couple 100 yard games. If you followed hoover, he took the perfect RB path cause he was just a slow heavy one himself....
    • Walker likely depends on a couple of things. What exactly did Dan promise him, to start with.  How much other interest he actually had for a starter job at high pay is another question. It isn’t outside the realm of possibility that he could stay on as a swing tackle waiting to take Moton’s spot when it opens.    I can’t get myself to consider Icky as a viable anything until we see him back on the field.     Hunt seems to be a team player and good guy but I don’t think he is worth what he is being paid. I have him tentatively earmarked for cap causality in the near future.
    • Definitely epic tv..... A man who wont cheat for a poke dont want one bad enough.
